OnTrend SA was started at the beginning of 2015 in order to give young Cape Town designers a creative space in which to sell their work through. OnTrend is open to new ideas and designers, so please email us if you think your work would do well on our site. All of our designers produce high quality, hand made items that are trending both in South Africa, but more likely - internationally. No garments are mass produced, giving our clients unique items that might only be available for a short period of time.

Shopping with OnTrend
Please take your time browsing through our latest selection of local designers. As an OnTrend customer, you have the option to either shop by designer or to shop via category. All of our designers’ items are available for viewing in their relevant fields as well.
Once you’ve added your favorite items to your cart, your checkout process will require you to fill in your details as well as your payment preference. This is where you would need to let OnTrend know whether you would like to ‘collect’ your item from our Long Street office or if you would like it ‘delivered’. We deliver nationwide. Cash payments on collection can be arranged - simply email us to let us know.
Unless the item you have ordered is ‘order to make’, your package will be delivered within a day or two. Items can also be ordered to your size measurements - these details need to be left in the 'notes' section during your checkout. Please keep your eyes open for the ‘order to make’ sign positioned in large next to the relevant items. Special arrangements can also be made for quicker deliveries so do not hesitate to get in contact with us. If you have chosen to ‘collect’ your item, you will be sent an email or SMS letting you know that your item is ready to be picked up.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the Designer.
OnTrend SA does not refund items unless your item is damaged. Please send us an email at email@example.com if you have any concerns.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. These items can be swapped at the address given in Town, or can be resent to you at the standard delivery fee.
To return your product, please drop it at 904, The Decks, 67 Long Street, Cape Town, Western Cape ZA 8001 (with notice of your return via email). OnTrend will then either order you a new item or swap your item for an item of stock on hand. Alternatively you may ship your return to the address above.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over R75, we encourage you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
