If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, we accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of your order purchase date. Goods must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the Designer. OnTrend SA does not refund items unless your item is damaged or incorrectly. Kindly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. It is recommended that you keep a tracking number of your parcel as we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels.
If you are based outside of South Africa, please email us at email@example.com and our customer service team will advise further information to make your return. All returns must be made within 10 days of your purchase date. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your order back for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
There are strictly no refunds on sale items unless the product is damaged or faulty. Exchanges on sale items are only granted by an OnTrendSA representative and are subject to stock availabilities.
